Degree Colleges. Consequently, Sri/Smt RAMBABU CHIPPADA Junior Lecturer in
Physics, Government Junior College, KOTHAVALASA, VIZIANAGARAM District is
promoted as Lecturer in Government Degree College and temporarily appointed under Rule
10 (a) of the A.P. State and Subordinate service Rules of 1996 as Lecturer in Physics in
the scale of pay of Rs. 15,600 – 39,100 with Rs.6000 AGP in UGC – 2006 and posted to
Government Degree College NARSIPATNAM, VISAKHAPATNAM District in the
existing vacancy at his/her request.
The individual is not entitled for any T.T.A. and Joining time etc., as his/her posting

of these orders failing which, he/she will forego his right of appointment as Lecturer both

Qualifications
i.e.
NET/SLET/Ph.D. and also the Caste Certificates in respect of SC/ST before they are
relieved from duty/admitted to duty. Any discrepancy noticed, should be brought to the
notice of the Commissioner of Collegiate Education immediately. The Principals will be
personally held liable for any lapse.
The Principal of Government Junior College, VALIGONDA, NALGONDA District is
requested to relieve the individual at once with instructions to join duty in his new post
within the stipulated period of time. If the individual is not willing to accept the promotion as
Lecturer of Government Degree College, a declaration may be obtained from him/her
declining the promotion and send it to the Commissioner of Collegiate Education
immediately.
The dates of relief and joining duty of the individual should be reported to the
Commissioner of Collegiate Education promptly.

It is informed that the promotion (recruitment by transfer) as Lecturer of Government
Degree College is subject to the out come of the O.As/Writ Petitions if any pending in the
Hon’ble A.P. Administrative Tribunal and High Court of A.P.
The Junior Lecturer now promoted is informed that his/her services as Lecturer are
purely temporary and is liable to be terminated at any time without notice and without
assigning any reason what so ever for such termination. He is also informed that his/her
appointment as Lecturer is ordered without prejudice to the claims of other senior Lecturers
if any, in the subject in the zone.
