There is a great cooperation with leading research and clinical laboratories of
Ukraine, where cytogenetic, molecular genetic researches are carried out as well as
immunophenotyping of immunocytes and cells of marrow to verify the diagnosis
and increase the quality of medical treatment. The medical staff of the clinic has a
great personal experience in polychemiotherapy of oncohematological diseases

New diagnostic
technologies introduced in
the
clinic: developed and tested technique of differentiated determination of types
of cryoglobulinemia,
determination
of antigens and genetic
material of
viruses in cryoprecipitate, introduced the
determination
of
populations and subpopulations of
lymphocytes by monoclonal
antibodies,
computer intragastric pH-metry. The medical staff of the clinic discover the
changes of mineral density of bone tissue in patients with chronic leukemia on
two-photon densitometer LUNAR DPX-A.
New medical technologies
are introduced in
the
clinic: proposed and
tested combination of pegylated interferons for chronic viral hepatitis, the usage of
intravenous
immunoglobulins for viral pneumonia and autoimmune syndromes
and diseases. The technology of the immunotherapeutic means application for
patients
with hepatitis C resistant to antiviral therapy
is
developed.
Intravenous monoclonal antibodies for autoimmune diseases were used for the first
time in the Ternopil region. The diagnostic and medical technologies developed by
the medical staff of the clinic are protected by patents for inventions.
The Institute of Nursing Staff made 5 grant researches under the supervision

blood cells and bone
marrow, cytogenetic and molecular genetic methods
of
research and creating conditions for high-dose chemotherapy protocols, autoand allotransplantation of bone marrow.
It is planned to continue and to improve the cooperation between the leading
international immunological, gastrointestinal and hematologic centers with the
internship of doctors, to introduce new diagnostics and therapeutic technologies.
