Companion to ACRRM Core Competencies Procedural Logbook This Companion is designed to assist CCCGPT Registrars undertaking FACRRM Training to complete their Log Book Registrars are advised to note the advice given in this document and make notes against specific tasks in their logbook to assist them in the appropriate scheduling of tasks. Where Registrars have completed appropriate courses CCCGPT Medical Educators will sign off task entries on provision of the evidence of successful course completion. Additionally, educators will provide retrospective sign off of other applicable teaching sessions where an outline of the session and a date of completion can be confirmed.
