Companion to ACRRM Core
Competencies Procedural Logbook
This Companion is designed to assist CCCGPT Registrars undertaking FACRRM Training to complete
their Log Book
Registrars are advised to note the advice given in this document and make notes against specific
tasks in their logbook to assist them in the appropriate scheduling of tasks.
Where Registrars have completed appropriate courses CCCGPT Medical Educators will sign off task
entries on provision of the evidence of successful course completion.
Additionally, educators will provide retrospective sign off of other applicable teaching sessions
where an outline of the session and a date of completion can be confirmed.
Registrars who have completed significant tasks as Medical Students should make this known to
your training coordinator and CCCGPT will undertake to seek suitable generic evidence of the claim.
