About GASN
HISTORY- The Georgia Association of School Nurses was organized in 1991 to
unite school nurses committed to providing quality health care services to school
children. GASN remains dedicated to promoting excellence in school health through
its continued education programs and advocacy.
Join us as we celebrate the 23rd Annual Statewide Educational Conference in
Savannah, Georgia at the Hyatt Regency, July 13-15, 2015.
Sponsors receive recognition leading up to and throughout the event. Sponsorship
includes recognition in such areas as the event signage, banners as well as GASN
2015 Conference Syllabus that each attendee will receive.

EXHIBIT HOURS AND DATES
SPACE ASSIGNMENT
Exhibit space will be assigned based on sponsorships and receipts of application and payment in
full on a first-come, first-served basis. GASN reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to allocate
space on any other basis it deems appropriate. Exhibitors will receive an exhibit confirmation 2
weeks after receipt of reservation.
TERMS
No Exhibitor will be confirmed until application and payment is received.
RATES
Please note that Exhibitor Rates are good until June 1st. After June 1st Rates increase by $50.00.
