Co-sponsorship Agreement between PsychContinuingEd.com, LLC
and

(herein after referred to as “the co-sponsoring person/organization”)
This agreement begins ________________ and will continue to be renewed each calendar year as long
as both parties continue to desire it to be renewed. Either party may request this agreement be
cancelled at any time, however PsychContinuingEd.com, LLC agrees to give the co-sponsoring
person/organization ample notice prior to any termination of this agreement.
The co-sponsoring person/organization agrees to pay PsychContinuingEd.com, LLC $400 each year for
the ability to co-sponsor continuing education programs with PsychContinuingEd.com, LLC. The cosponsoring person/organization may offer an unlimited number of programs over the year that they
organize themselves.
The co-sponsoring person/organization agrees to provide the data that is required by the American
Psychological Association to PsychContinuingEd.com, LLC and to follow the rules for continuing
education sponsors outlined by the American Psychological Association.
PsychContinuingEd.com, LLC will report the necessary data to the American Psychological Association
for the purpose of maintaining accreditation and confidentially store the records provided to
PsychContinuingEd.com by the co-sponsoring person/organization as required by the APA.
PsychContinuingEd.com will also available for consultation and assistance in developing continuing
education programs. The co-sponsoring person/organization agrees that neother
PsychContinuingEd.com or any of its representatives assumes any liability incurred at any events
organized by the co-sponsoring person/organization outside of their role of maintaining responsibility
for providing APA continuing education credits.
This agreement does not form any employer/employee relationship and is for the sole purpose of
allowing the co-sponsoring person/organization to use PsychContinuingEd.com, LLC’s APA approval
status at the events that they independently plan and organize. A representative of
PsychContinuingEd.com, LLC is available for consultation on those events but does not accept liability
for any wrongdoing or negligence of the part of the co-sponsoring person/organization.
