Template for Parent Invitation to Campus Visit
Dear Parent/Guardian:
We hope you will join your Scholar at our upcoming College MAP Campus Visit on (insert date)! The impact
and ongoing benefit of the campus visit is enhanced significantly if parents/guardians participate; and, we
would like to encourage you to do so. Campus visits allow Scholars to imagine themselves as students, which
is crucial in helping Scholars decide which school is the right fit for them. During the visit, Scholars will tour the
campus, speak with students, sit in on classes and check student facilities like the cafeteria and gymnasium.
We’ve planned an exciting day designed to encourage Scholars to continue to work towards their goal of
attending college.
