Services/work required The Mobility Specialist will be required to provide, but not limited to, the following services. 10. Skills knowledge transfer Able to provide technical design and engineering skills Deliver the work program in accordance with the priorities set by the Director & National Manager Promote the use of automation to reduce time spent on repetitive tasks and to eliminate human error within the scope of the messaging environment Ability to follow service management processes Experience with Microsoft Direct Access Experience with Mobile Device management – SAP Afaria desirable Demonstrate the ability to document designs and procedures for technical and non-technical evaluation Ability to collaborate within a team environment Will embrace APS core ethics and values The contractor will be expected to transfer skills and knowledge to APS staff 11.
