STUDENT INSTRUCTIONS
DIRECTIONS:
Design a travel brochure for the country you are studying. The finished brochure should be folded A4 in
size. It should be informative and eye-catching to attract tourists to your country. Use technology for
this task. You must include the following:






An effective colour
A brief history of the country
Major attractions/things to do & see
Weather information
Travel advice: flights, cost, airport, etc.
Reviews/feedback from visitors (make this up)
Think about the colour scheme, consistency of fonts, ease of reading information and visual effect. The
following rubric will be used to assess this task. You will need to research this task beyond classwork.
