Fisheries Regulations
Matter
FEES AND LEVIES
I, KONSTANTINE VATSKALIS, Minister for Primary
Industry, Fisheries and Resources:
(a) under regulations 206 and 207 of the Fisheries Regulations
and with reference to section 43 of the Interpretation
Act, revoke the notice prescribing fees and levies under
the Fisheries Regulations dated 31 January 2012 and
published in Gazette No. S5 dated 31 January 2012 with
effect from 1 July 2012; and
(b) under regulation 206(1)(a) of the Fisheries Regulations,
prescribe the fee payable for the grant or renewal of
a licence specified in Schedule 1 for a licence year
commencing on or after 1 July 2012 to be the amount
specified opposite the licence; and
(c) under regulation 207(1) of the Regulations, prescribe a
levy of $820 to be paid by an applicant for the grant or
renewal of a licence listed in Schedule 3 of the Regulations
for a licence year commencing on or after 1 July 2012;
and
(d) under regulation 206(1) of the Regulations, prescribe the
fee payable for a matter mentioned in Schedule 2 to be the
amount specified opposite the matter from 1 July 2012.
