procedures in the department and initiated a new departmental mission and goal statement
Served as a member of the Supervision Team, which used theory to link our supervision practices to a
model of synergistic supervision, and then used that to develop supervision outcomes
Coordinated the connection between our residence halls and academic departments through the
Residential Learning Communities program
