SPECIAL BIDDING PROVISIONS:
• Complete literature and specifications shall accompany bid.
• Exceptions to any of the above specifications must be stated in writing on Page 3.
• Bid shall be submitted on this form.
• All blanks must be filled in, bid must be signed.
• Bid price is FOB Cody, Wyoming.
Preference is hereby given to materials, supplies, equipment, machinery and provisions produced,
manufactured, supplied, or grown in Wyoming, quality being equal to articles offered by the
competitors outside the State. § No. 16-6-106.
All equipment shall be new and unused. Price shall include all of the above items plus whatever
other parts and labor are necessary for their installation and hookup. Bidder shall be responsible for
getting all of the equipment working together as a system and warranty all work for a period of one
year. Manufacturer’s warranties shall be provided for all new equipment. Warranty work and any bid
corrections will be completed within 50 miles of Cody, Wyoming
It is the responsibility of each Bidder to notify Shoshone Municipal Pipeline of all conflicts, errors, or
discrepancies in the specifications.
