HEREFORD CATHEDRAL CHRISTMAS FAIR 2015
General Information and Booking Request form
11th & 12th December 2015
Dear Exhibitor
Thank you for your interest in Hereford Cathedral’s seventh Christmas Fair. The event will be open to
the public from 3.30pm on Friday 11 December with an evening of music, entertainments, refreshments
and the introduction of a new food market area, closing at 7pm. The fair reopens to the public at 9.30am
the following morning (Saturday 12) and will continue through until 4pm, with Carols for Shoppers taking
place between 12noon and 1pm.
Stand fees are offered at a flat rate of £70 + VAT (per single stand), which includes a table and chair. This
year a total of five nominated charities will benefit from your kind support.
Music and entertainment will take place on both dates and visitors will be able to purchase refreshments
and snacks from the Cloister Café. Coffee and mince pies will also be available.
This is always a very well attended event and we hope you will wish to be part of this celebration. I have
pleasure in sending you the booking form and the information you will require to reserve your place.
The Booking Form should be returned, along with your payment as soon as possible (by 30 October at
the latest) and stands will be allocated on a first come first served basis. Please return your booking form
