Finances paid toward this trip will be deposited into the Varna Holdings Account.
Cost Includes:
1. Two public performances in world-renowned concert halls in Sofia and Plovdiv, Bulgaria
2. A professional recording of Dona Nobis Pacem at the recording studio of the Bulgarian National
Radio
3. Professional concert management and publicity
4. Individual choir performances, upon request
5. 10-nights lodging at four-star hotels in Bulgaria (based on double occupancy)
6. All breakfasts and two additional meals (a welcome dinner in Sofia and a farewell dinner in
Plovdiv)
7. All ground transportation with private, air-conditioned coaches
8. Professional guided tours with licensed, English-speaking tour guides
9. Full-time, English-speaking tour managers (one per coach)
10. Tips and Gratuities: $100 per person (for tour managers, guides, hotel and restaurant personnel,
drivers, etc.)

1. Round-trip International Flight: The intercontinental, round-trip flight from the USA to
Bulgaria. Upon request, Varna International will provide a quote for airfare.
2. Travel Insurance. Upon request, Varna International will provide travel insurance rates.

5. Wine and Cheese Tasting Tour in Varna: $70
