Dear Members of the Georgia Tech Greek Community,
The Office of Greek Affairs and Greek Alumni Council cordially invite you to participate in the second
annual Greek Hall of Fame gala. We invite each collegiate and alumni chapter to work together to
submit a single nominee for consideration into the Georgia Tech Greek Hall of Fame. Your nominee
should be a graduate of Georgia Tech, and must be a member in good standing with your organization.
Nominations will be accepted from each fraternity and sorority currently or formerly recognized at the
Institute.
The inaugural event will honor alumni members who exemplify the ideals of their fraternity or sorority
Creed. These alumni should be of senior rank in their community, their organization, or their profession.
They should have received and achieved notable accomplishments in one or more of these areas: (1)
Greek life; (2) Georgia Tech; (3) their community; or (4) their profession.
The Greek Hall of Fame Gala is scheduled for Thursday, April 7, 2016 at 7:00 pm at the Historic
Academy of Medicine. Information regarding tickets will be forthcoming. Proceeds from the Hall of
Fame Gala will provide unrestricted funding for the Greek Excellence Fund, administered through the
Georgia Tech Foundation. The Fund is designed to foster and strengthen personal growth and
scholarship, leadership development, and commitment to service for members of the Georgia Tech
Greek community.
