THANK YOU! Figure 4. Genomic DNA gel. Isolation of genomic DNA was performed using Qiagen Genomic DNA Purification. The genomic DNA was isolated from four different organisms. The wells contained a first or second elution of the following: lanes 1, 2, and 3 contained uncut γ DNA at concentrations of 20ng/µL, 50ng/µL, and 80ng/µL; lane 4 contained a 10 µL 2 log ladder, as a marker; lanes 5 and 6 contained the first and second elutions of Micrococcus.luteus LYG1, respectively; lanes 7 and 8 contained the first and second elutions of Micrococcus. luteus LYE1, respectively; lanes 9 and 10 contained the first and second elutions of Chryseobacterium novum JM1, respectively; and lanes 11 and 12 contained first and second elutions of Lycomia haifense, respectively.
