2015 RECITAL TICKET INFORMATION SHEET
Our 2015 recital is drawing near. This year the performances will be on Friday, June 12TH and
Saturday, June 13TH 2015, at Phoenixville Area Middle School. Ticket orders will be handled BY
MAIL ONLY. Tickets will NOT be sold at the studio, and orders may NOT be handed in at the
office.
Before ordering your tickets, please check “Schedule” on our website for the show in which your
son/daughter is performing. Then print out and complete the correct ticket order form. Please check your
show times carefully as seats are reserved and we cannot guarantee the same location if you order tickets
for the wrong show.
In the past, recitals have sold out quickly. To give everyone the opportunity to purchase tickets, we are
limiting the number of tickets that can be ordered in the first 3 weeks.
From April 6TH to April 27TH , 8 tickets per show may be purchased.
From April 27TH to June 2nd , additional tickets may be purchased.
(These seats may not be with the original seats.)
After June 2nd tickets must be purchased at the door, based on availability.
Ticket orders will be accepted with a postmark date of April 6th and after. Any orders with a prior
postmarked date will not be filled until after the 2nd day of orders have been completed. All orders
must be paid in full and accompanied by a Self-Addressed Stamped Envelope with TWO stamps or
enclose an additional $2.00 for postage and handling.
As of April 6th you may mail in your ticket orders to the following address. Please use a separate order
form for each show.

**Any orders not mailed to the above P.O. Box will not be received in time to properly fill your
order.
Orders will be filled at the end of each day, on a first come first served basis. Your tickets will be returned
to you by mail. Please include a properly stamped self-addressed envelope or $2.00 to cover the cost of
postage and handling. Please remember that all tickets must be paid in full in order for them to be
reserved and mailed to you. Tickets are not returnable once they have been purchased.
Performers and Homeroom Mothers do NOT need to buy a ticket for the show in which they are
performing/helping.

Mail orders with postmark date no earlier than April 6th
Check which show your child is performing in by looking at fall schedule on our website.
Include full payment with the order form.
Include either a properly stamped self-addressed envelope OR $2.00 for the mailing fee.
