Spanish Education - SPAN These courses emphasize development of proficiency in understanding, speaking, reading and writing Spanish; student achievement of psychosocial adjustment; use of assessment and diagnostic data; and instructional materials development. A Technology Certificate is provided upon successful completion of 12 units from the four technology skills clusters.
