Office fee $15/pre-entries/$25 post-entries. No office fee for Lead-Line. Classes $16/each.
Pre-entries are encouraged until 9PM the Thursday before the show by fax or HorseShowing.com.

Rules and Regulations:
1. For horse show purposes, the age of an exhibitor will be considered as of December 1, 2013.
2. All riders must wear protective headgear passing ASTM-SEI standards, with harnesses secured, when
mounted on the show grounds.
3. Management reserves the right to change the location of any class if necessary, and to cancel or
combine any classes if entries so warrant.
4. The state of Maryland requires that all horses and ponies must present a current negative Coggins
taken within 12 months.
5. All ponies showing in height-restricted divisions must have a current measurement card or be
measured at the show.
6. All dogs must be leashed.
7. Stallions are not permitted on the show grounds.
8. Championship and Reserve Championship ribbons will be awarded for all divisions.
9. Six ribbons will be awarded in all classes.

Each entry shall constitute an agreement that the person making it, along with the lessee, trainer, manager, agent, coach, driver, rider, and the
horses: (1) shall be subject to the rules of the association and the local rules of the show; (2) that every rider is eligible as entered; (3) that the
owner and any of his representatives are bound by the rules of the HHSA and the show, and will accept as final the decision of the Hearing
Committee on any question arising under said rules and agree to hold the show, the HHSA, their officials, directors, employees, and agents
harmless for any injury or loss suffered during or in connections with the show, whether or not such injury or loss resulted, directly or indirectly,
from the negligent acts of omissions of said officials, directors, employees, or agents of the Harford County Horse Show Association or show.
