Thank you for your interest in the Bermuda Dental Association’s Annual Meeting on
October 7th & 8th. It is sure to be a fantastic opportunity to learn and to enjoy a beautiful island
paradise. Please find attached the informational brochure and sign-up sheet for the meeting. Any
questions about the course can be directed to Claire Percy at Dr. John B. Dickinson's Office at
441-236-9375. Course registration fees, airfare, and hotel reservations should be done
individually, but Caitlyn is available to assist if needed, and can be contacted at Dr.’s Greene &
Torio’s office at 603-883-4008.
As a participant of the Northeastern Dental Society, there are additional activities we are
planning. Please let us know which activities you are interested in, so that we may get an idea of

Dinner Friday night as a group at the Fairmont South Hampton’s Ocean Club will follow
the Bermuda Dental Associations’ reception. (RSVP will be done as a group, but we will
each pay our own way)
Saturday, October 9th:
Morning round of golf at the Port Royal Golf Club: cost $180 per person for greens fees
and cart. Tee times will be announced
Sunset Catamaran cocktail harbor cruise followed by dinner at the Waterlot Inn

Sunday, October 10th:
Morning round of golf at the Mid Ocean Golf Course. Tee times and cost will be
announced
6pm- Cocktails at Blû located at the Belmont Hills Golf Club:
Sponsored by NDS if funds available, otherwise pay your own way, but RSVP will

7pm- Followed by dinner, pay your own way, but RSVP will be done as a group
