and performed invasive procedure like insertion of Double lumen catheter (Both Femoral and I/Jugular),
Ultrasound KUB and Haemodialysis also.

During this time, I performed the outpatient clinics and clerked on patients in the ward. I have managed patients
of Schizophrenia, bipolar disorders, depression, psychotic disorders, somatoform disorders with psychiatry
residents and consultants .
CRITICAL CARE MEDICAL ICU
June 2013 -July 2013.
Medicine Department has its own 13 bedded ICU and separate 12 bedded High Dependency Unit, managed by
Medicine fellows with the help of Medicine Residents. During my rotation I was responsible for conducting
round and managing critically ill ventilated patients with ICU Consultant.
ENDOCRINOLOGY

During this time, I worked in follow-up clinics of diabetes mellitus, diabetic foot, thyroid disorders obesity and
other endocrine disorders . I also actively participated in the management of diabetic ketoacidosis, hyperosmoler
non-ketotic coma, insulin injection teaching.
CARDIOLOGY

I actively participated in management of patients with ACS in Cardiac Care Unit . I also keenly observed
procedure like angiography , angioplasty, pacemaker placement , echocardiography, Exercise Tolerance Test. I
also participated in management of post angiography patients in CCU.
