Saturday, May 16, 2015 at the Crest Center and Pavilion. Students will be allowed entry to the prom from 7:00-9:00 pm with a prom ticket and a photo ID.
YOU MUST BE AT THE PROM BY 9:00PM!!!
Prom Registration forms may be obtained in the cafeteria on ticket sale dates. If you plan to attend the prom, you will need to complete this registration form at the registration/sales table and pay for your prom ticket. Tickets will only be sold at lunch. If you plan to bring an out of school guest, an APPROVED “guest approval form” must be presented at the time of ticket purchase.
SENIORS ELIGIBLE FOR A FREE TICKET MUST FOLLOW THE SAME REGISTRATION AS IF PAYING.

Ticket sales will be during all four lunches in the cafeteria from May 4 – May 7. Friday May
8th will be last minute sales for $75.00 before school from 7:15 until 8:00 in room #187.
Late fee of $5 per school day will be added for late ticket sales. Late tickets may be purchased on Tuesday or Thursday before school in Ms. Joyce’s room #187. The last day to purchase a prom ticket will be May 14 th . Makes checks payable to AC REYNOLDS PROM/ or have exact amount of cash. Prom tickets will be given out after school May 13 th in
commons area.
Seniors, who paid to attend prom in 2014 as
Juniors will receive a FREE ticket this year if registration completed May 4 –May 7!!

(If a paying Junior, your Senior ticket will be free)
If you want to bring a guest that DOES NOT attend ACRHS you must complete and submit for approval an “Out of School Guest Form”. These forms are available on the school web site and outside Ms. Joyce’s door room 187 (Middle School Students or younger as well as guest over the age of 21 as of May 16th will not be allowed to attend the prom). All applications must be completed with all information turned in to Ms. Joyce by 3:00 April
24, 2015.

Life touch Photography will be taking prom pictures again this year. You are to pay for your pictures at the prom (make checks payable to Life Touch Photography) Price sheets are available outside
Ms. Joyce’s room 187.
ALL SCHOOL RULES APPLY!

Formal attire is required. Length and coverage must be appropriate.

If you are suspended during prom time you will not be allowed to attend. In addition, if you are on the 5-and-done list you will not be allowed to attend.

Students may NOT return to their vehicle unless escorted by an officer or administrator
