ADAMS, GREG Greg Adams graduated in 1994 with a B.S. in pharmacy from Southwestern Oklahoma State University. He began his career in 1994 at Pharmacy Providers of Oklahoma. In 1995 he became the owner/pharmacist of Salisbury Pharmacy in Clinton OK. Adams is a member of several professional organizations including: Oklahoma Pharmacists Association, and National Community Pharmacists Association. Adams is currently a member of the board of directors for Pharmacy Providers of Oklahoma. Other organizations include: International Academy of Compounding Pharmacists; American Association of Diabetes Educators; member and past president, Southwestern Pharmacy Alumni Foundation; Southwestern Pharmacy Alumni Association; and Oklahoma State Board of Pharmacy, current president. Civic organizations include: Clinton Chamber of Commerce, member and past member of the board of directors; Clinton Rotary Club, current member and past president. Adams received the 2007 Clinton Businessman of the Year Award from Clinton Chamber of Commerce, and was presented the 2013 Distinguished Alumnus Award from Southwestern Pharmacy Alumni Association. He is married and has two children. DODSON, MARK Mark Dodson graduated from Southwestern Oklahoma State University College of Pharmacy in 1989. He was the recipient of the Distinguished Young Pharmacist award in 1999 and served as the OPhA president in 2004. For the past several years, Mark has worked as a pharmacist at Bunker Hill Drug in Altus, OK. He is currently a member of the Western Oklahoma State College Board of Regents and the SWOSU School of Pharmacy Foundation Board of Directors. Mark is married and has two children. DOTSON, MIKE Mike Dotson graduated from SWOSU pharmacy school in 1976. He has worked in the retail and compounding areas of pharmacy. He is the owner of Freeland Brown in Tulsa which has two locations. He is also the owner of Mobility Plus with locations in Tulsa, McAlester, Muskogee, and Grove. He is a member of NCPA, OPhA, and PCCA. He is an active member at the First Baptist Church in Broken Arrow, OK. He has lived in Tulsa since 1996. He has one daughter, Lori Dalton, and two grandchildren, whom he enjoys spending time with. DUPUY, MICHELLE Michelle Dupuy is a native of Omaha and graduated from Creighton University School of Pharmacy in 1981. She was a staff pharmacist at Bergan Mercy Hospital, 1981- 1993; consultant pharmacist at Omnicare, Oklahoma City 1993-2004; and has been senior director at Omnicare Clinical Intervention Center, Oklahoma City 2004- present. Michelle is married to Joe Dupuy and has four children and three grandchildren. Her hobbies are gardening and cheering on the OKC Thunder basketball team. ECK, DANA “BIFF” Dana “Biff” Eck is a 1978 graduate of Southwestern Oklahoma State University College of Pharmacy. He worked at Eck Drug Co., Inc. in Healdton, OK for seven years before buying City Drug in Waurika, OK in 1985. City Drug later became Eck Drug & Gift, Inc. Dana served on the Waurika School Board for one year, and on the Waurika City Commission for 15 years, during nine of which he served as mayor. Dana is also a member and has served as president, of The Red River Association for the Performing Arts. He is a deacon and Bible at Waurika Church of Christ. In 2000, he received the Bowl of Hygeia Award, and was also named Waurika Citizen of the Year FEIGHTNER, DIANE Diane Feightner is a lifelong Oklahoma resident. She has been a pharmacy manager for the last 15 years in Enid. Diane enjoys spending time with her husband Mark who is also a pharmacist and her three children: Madison, Morgan, and Mason. Diane is proud of her faith and is celebrating her 28th year as a member of the First United Methodist Church. She is a very active volunteer in community programs and events such as Junior Welfare League, Relay for Life, Vance Air Force Base Enlisted Appreciation Night, OETA telethon, PTA, Legislative Day Health Testing, and Oklahoma Mission of Mercy. Diane is a current and past member of OPhA. Diane also actively participates in SWOSU Alumni committees. Diane has been recognized as Best Pharmacist in Enid! She has been a leader in advancing the profession of pharmacy through implementing MTM services and health testing services at her pharmacy as well as training and developing the program with coworkers across the state. She believes in providing her patients the best possible care and has certifications in immunizations and compounding as well to accomplish this. HUENERGARDT, GREG Greg Huenergardt is a 1993 graduate of Southwestern Oklahoma State University College of Pharmacy. He is the owner of Medic Pharmacy—six locations in Oklahoma and Texas. Greg is a past president of OPhA, president of PPOk, a member of the Oklahoma Pharmacy Education Foundation, and Chamber of Commerce. Greg and his family are members of The First United Methodist Church and he is actively involved in numerous community activities and youth programs. LASSITER, SHONDA Shonda Lassiter graduated from Southwestern Oklahoma State University College of Pharmacy in 1998. In the summer of 1998, Shonda completed an internship with the National Community Pharmacist Association. Currently, she is the manager of Lassiter Drug as well as coowner of Don Coody Pharmacy in Bethany, co-owner of Lawton Heritage Pharmacy in Lawton, and co-owner of Cornwell Pharmacy in Guthrie. Shonda helps teach pharmacy students from Southwestern Oklahoma State University College of Pharmacy as a specialty rotation site for compounding. She has been an avid member of OPhA since 1999, currently serving on the Legislative Committee since 2009, and is a past president for District 5 of the OPhA Executive Council. Shonda served on the National Community Pharmacist Compounding Committee from 2010 to 2012. She was awarded the Innovative Pharmacy Practice Award by DuPont in 2001. Shonda is currently serving as president of the Oklahoma Pharmacists Association. MORRISON, YVETTE Yvette Morrison graduated from Southwestern Oklahoma State University College of Pharmacy in 1988 with a B.S. in pharmacy and in 1993 from The University of Oklahoma College of Pharmacy with a Doctor of Pharmacy degree. Yvette is an active member of OSHP, serving as a former secretary, past-president and treasurer. She has served on two Oklahoma State Board of Pharmacy committees: Collaborative Drug Therapy Management and Pharmacy Technician Rules. Yvette is the current chair of the Alliance of Oklahoma Pharmacists for Appropriate and Responsible Medication (AOKPhARM) which developed the Oklahoma Opioid Dispensing Guidelines in 2013. She has been named a fellow by the American Society of Health-System Pharmacists and is certified in pharmacotherapy by the Board of Pharmaceutical Specialties. Yvette is currently a clinical pharmacist at Oklahoma Heart Hospital South. Yvette and her husband, Jay, live in Oklahoma City. PATATANIAN, EDNA Edna Patatanian, Pharm.D., FASHP, received her B.S. in pharmacy from The University of Oklahoma in 1986; earned her Doctor of Pharmacy from The University of Oklahoma in 2000; and primary care residency at The University of Oklahoma in 2001. Edna is currently an associate professor, pharmacy practice, at Southwestern Oklahoma State University, College of Pharmacy Dr. Patatanian has a diverse pharmacy background and extensive involvement in pharmacy organizations, committees, and community. She has over 20 years of hospital experience working full-time in a large teaching hospital and part-time in a small community health-system setting. She has had the opportunity to participate in the development, implementation, and enhancement of various clinical pharmacy programs. Some of the programs include patient-controlled analgesia, controlled substances distribution, and investigational drug distribution and billing. In addition to her experience as a health-system pharmacist, she has over 12 years of academic experience where she is involved in didactic teaching and precepting Advanced Pharmacy Practice Experience (APPE) students at Mercy Hospital. As a part of her academic/teaching experience, she has been engaged in scholarly activities. She has published several articles in peer reviewed journals and has given numerous presentations. Dr. Patatanian has participated in various pharmacy organizations including the American Society of Health-System Pharmacists (ASHP), Oklahoma Society of Health-System Pharmacists (OSHP), American Association of Colleges of Pharmacy (AACP), Oklahoma Pharmacists Association (OPhA), and Mercy Clinical Society. She has served as secretary, treasurer, Western District chair (multiple terms), and president of OSHP. Furthermore, she has been involved with ASHP at the national level representing the state of Oklahoma at the ASHP House of Delegates serving as a delegate for multiple terms and more recently (2013 and 2014) as a member on the Commission on Affiliate Relations (COAR). In 1997, she received the OSHP Continuing Excellence Award; in 1998, she received the OSHP Health-System Pharmacist of the Year Award; and in 2013, she received a Fellow of the American Society of Health-System Pharmacists (FASHP) award in recognition of sustained contributions to practice excellence. PINKERTON, MIKE Mike Pinkerton graduated from Southwestern College of Pharmacy in 1981. He is a member of OPhA, APhA, NCPA, and the Stilwell Chamber of Commerce. He is also a Boy Scout Committee chairperson and treasurer for a Stilwell troop, and he has been on the Executive Council for OPhA. POE, BARBARA Barbara Miles Poe graduated from Southwestern Oklahoma State University (SWOSU) in 1972 with her B.S. in pharmacy and received her MBA from the University of Tulsa in 1989. She has worked in different aspects of pharmacy that include retail, but mostly on the clinical side of pharmacy. She is currently working at the Moore Medical Center as the pharmacist in charge and has been doing so since 2008. Prior to working at Moore Medical Center she was the director of pharmacy services at Norman Regional Hospital for 13 years. She has won various awards such as the Distinguished Introductory Practice Preceptor of the Year in 2010 at Southwestern Oklahoma State University and the SWOSU College of Pharmacy Humanitarian Award in 2013 most recently. She is currently serving as an adjunct clinical teacher at SWOSU and OU and is on the advisory board at Lippincott’s Hospital Pharmacy. She has been on the Oklahoma State Board of Pharmacy Continuing Education Committee since 1999. PRYOR, STEVEN Steven Pryor attended Northeastern Oklahoma A&M College for two years before attending pharmacy school at Southwestern Oklahoma State University, where he graduated with a Bachelor of Science in pharmacy in 1981. He went back to school and obtained a Doctor of Pharmacy degree from Southwestern Oklahoma State University in 2004. He was managing owner and pharmacist in charge of Lindburg Pharmacy in Pittsburg, KS for approximately 22 years before moving back to Oklahoma. He became managing owner and pharmacist in charge of Scheffe Prescription Shop in 2007. His daughter, Kathryn, is a graduate of Oklahoma University College of Pharmacy and works with him at Scheffe Prescription Shop. Steven is a member of Enid Rotary Club, Enid Chamber of Commerce, Enid Main Street Association, First United Methodist Church of Enid, Oklahoma Pharmacist Association, National Community Pharmacist Association and the American College of Apothecaries. RILEY, DAVID Dave Riley graduated from The University of Oklahoma College of Pharmacy in 1962. He has worked in many areas of pharmacy including hospital, retail, and consulting. He is a member of OPhA and served as a mentor with OPHP. He has lived in Tulsa since 1965 and has worked for Couch Pharmacy for the last 17 years. He is married to Marlene and has four kids and eight grandchildren whom he enjoy spending time with. He also enjoys spending time with his dog, Otto. One thing you may not know about Dave is that he is an accomplished tennis player. He has been selected for both the Oklahoma Tennis Hall of Fame and The Missouri Valley Tennis Hall of Fame. SEEFELDT, ALAN Alan Seefeldt graduated from Southwestern Oklahoma College of Pharmacy in 1971. He started Alan's Pharmacy in Stillwater in 1984. He is a member of the Stillwater Chamber of Commerce, and volunteers at the Payne County Health Center. He is a past district representative of the OPhA Executive Council. SKINNER, RODNEY Rodney Skinner was born in Weatherford, OK and at a young age moved to Clinton, OK where he graduated high school. He grew up with two brothers and one sister. After high school he did his undergraduate work at The University of Oklahoma and Southwestern Oklahoma State University. It was during this time he realized his love for science and helping people and knew he wanted to go in the healthcare field. He graduated pharmacy school in 2008 from The University of Oklahoma and while he was there he was proud to be a member of PLS and Rho Chi. It was also where he met his wonderful wife, Ashlee, who is a Physician's Assistant in Sayre, OK. He spent his first six years working at Scheffe's Prescription Shop in Enid, OK. He is very thankful for the experience and knowledge gained during his tenure there. Rodney also serves as a member of the OPhA Executive Council. This past June, he and his wife moved to Elk City, OK, where they purchased Paul Jones Drug and welcomed their first child, Sam, to their family. It has been a true blessing returning to western Oklahoma and they look forward to the opportunity to serve this great community for years to come. The profession of pharmacy has blessed him in many ways and he hopes to one day give back as much as it has given to him and his family. ST. CYR, MARK Mark St.Cyr is currently a division pharmacy clinical analyst with HCA IT&S. He has over 35 years of experience as a pharmacist in the hospital practice setting since graduating from The University of Oklahoma College of Pharmacy in 1977. Prior to moving to the HCA division level in late 2013, he was employed as the director of pharmacy at OU Medical Center for over 25 years and is Oklahoma City-based. Mark completed a Master of Public Health degree in health administration from The University of Oklahoma in 1980. Mark is an active member of OPhA, OSHP and ASHP and is a past president of OSHP. He has held multiple OSHP committee chair positions throughout the years and served as co-chair of the Oklahoma State Board of Pharmacy Technician Rules Committee. He was also the co-chair of the Board of Pharmacy Remote Order Entry Rules Committee and is currently a member of the OPhA Legislative Committee. Mark and his wife Sheila live in Jones, OK and have three sons and six grandchildren. SWANSON, KEITH Dr. Keith Swanson is an associate professor of pharmacy practice at The University of Oklahoma College of Pharmacy. He also holds an adjunct appointment in the Department of Geriatric Medicine in the College of Medicine at The University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center. As a certified geriatric pharmacist (CGP), his practice is based in long term care facilities in the Oklahoma City area where he provides pharmacotherapy care services within a multidisciplinary team of physicians, physician assistants, nurses, and social workers. His academic activities focus on geriatric topics and self-care topics. He is a past president and current secretary/treasurer of the Oklahoma Chapter of the American Society of Consultant Pharmacists and past chair of the Geriatrics Special Interest Group of the American Association of Colleges of Pharmacy. From 2008 through 2014 he served on the CGP Certification Exam Development Committee for the Certification Council for Geriatric Pharmacy, a group that internationally certifies experts in geriatric pharmacy. VAUGHAN, MARY KAY Mary Kay Vaughan has been a pharmacist in the state of Oklahoma since 1979 in both the retail setting and supervising as a district pharmacy supervisor and district sales manager with corporate chain companies. She has been employed by CVS/Caremark Pharmacy since 2004. Mary Kay graduated from the University of Oklahoma in 1978 with a Bachelors of Pharmacy degree. During her career, Mary Kay has been honored with several professional honors including being Supervisor of the Year in both 2008 and again in 2009, as well as receiving the Ralph D. Bienfang Outstanding Practitioner Award from the OU College of Pharmacy in 2011. Mary Kay has been an Oklahoma resident since 1970 and has two children and four grandchildren. WINEGARDNER, ERIC Eric Winegardner is a 1992 graduate of The University of Oklahoma College of Pharmacy. He has worked as a hospital pharmacist, and consultant pharmacist and is currently the owner of Eric's Pharmacy (established in 1995). Eric is past president of OPhA and is a recipient of the Bowl of Hygeia. He serves on the Oklahoma Healthcare Authority's Drug Utilization Board, and the Pottawatomie County 911 Authority and is the director of pharmacy for the Pottawatomie County Volunteer Health Center. He and his wife Demita have been married for 23 years and have a son and two daughters. Eric and his family are active members of Faith Christian Outreach in Shawnee. They have lived in Tecumseh since 1999.
