to work for the good of our school. Stay with us with the
invisible presence, and pour Your Spirit upon us. Make us
use Your gifts in a spirit of trust and love, and a spirit of
prudence and understanding, so that the children of this
school may experience an abundance of light, compassion
and peace. Let harmony reign among us, and let us keep
our eyes ever fixed upon You.

Kay: Thanks for the thoughts and prayers and the
donation to the Girl Scouts in my mother’s name.

Open Forum
• Booster/athletics service questions – Letter from
Todd and Megan (Callie/Jess/Katie)
Callie did follow up with Todd and did clarify some things.
We will discuss with Megan about what positions would be
defined as leadership positions.
Kelly wanted to discuss the math setup this year in
middle school and how plan was discussed and if
improvements need to be made.

Principal’s Report
All GRACE schools/NDA mass will be a neat experience
tomorrow. Thursday is the Truck or Treat picnic at Osprey
Point.

Treasurer’s Report
• SAC, tech and athletic (George)
Scrip budget looks good. Scrip sales up by over $25K
from last year to date.
SAC budget is good.
Athletic budget-good. Save from buying uniforms for next
year with a new school on the horizon.
Tech question: Sound system is on its way.

New Business
• SAC donation for auction (Lara)
Fr. Bob would like to donate a meal at his home. Would
SAC like to work with Fr. Bob on this and make it a live
auction item? Approved.
• Auction tix requirements and enforcement (Lara)
How do we track the 2 tickets purchase agreement? If
not bought, Kay will get a list of those failing to meet the
agreed terms and contact family.
• Tuition agreement (Callie/Lara)
Meeting took place with executive committees about new
tuition agreements. 4 St Matts members were present
and 1 Resurrection. We came up with a draft plan to be
shared with Resurrection’s SAC. Resurrection’s SAC
wanted some changes. Discussion took place. Another
discussion will take place at the next executive meeting,
(Monday 10-26-15), to reopen discussions about the
agreement of scrip spilt.
Reorganization update – next year’s tuition agreement,
joint meetings, GRACE BOT update & scrip (Callie, Lara,
Kay)
• Marketing update (Tom)
Still working on trying to answer the question: how can
we describe the narrative of life at St Matthew school into
a reality? Still looking for a Marketing Coordinator, but
more than likely will wait until new school parameters are
established.
