stages of change and conducted a variety of treatment groups. Reduced likelihood of violating probation/parole with
completion of the treatment program.
Conducted psychosexual evaluations utilizing objective personality measures and provided treatment recommendations

offense specific issues.
Spearheaded the adoption of a treatment team approach to managing inmates presenting as a danger to self or others
leading to improved outcomes for this population and reduced frequency and length of placement in suicide watch cells.
Established a Behavioral Health Unit to treat and manage inmates who engage in life threatening self-injury. Reduced
average number of hospital trips for this population per month from 16 to 0.
Developed a program for seriously mentally ill inmates having difficulty living in general population settings due to
mental health symptoms. Decreased frequency of watch placement and detention placement for these clients.
Improved client outcomes though active engagement in program development and regular dialogue with administrative
and security staff.
