Impact Summer Camp Fun!
Impact Athletic Training Center is introducing our new line of summer camps for
2016. It’s time to start planning your summer! Don’t miss this fun and exciting
time of the year! We have planned unique camps that will be perfect for your
child! Register for a single day or attend the entire week. We have camps from
8:30am-12pm, 1pm-4:30pm, or register for the full day from 8:30am-4:30pm!
Breakfast will be provided for morning camps and snacks will be provided for
afternoon camps. Full day camp participants will need to pack a lunch. Come join
us as we impact lives!
Early drop-off & late pick-up available


Early drop-off will start at 7:30am, $5/day
Late pick-up until 5:30pm, $5/day
Gymnastics, Trampoline & Tumble Camp
(Ages 6-13)
This camp is recommended for children who enjoy jumping around and being active! The camp
will be coached by our USAG Certified staff who coach our award-winning gymnastics team.
During this camp, girls will be introduced to all four Olympic gymnastics apparatus including the
vault, beam, bars, and floor. Boys will be introduced to the Olympic Power Tumbling apparatus
including trampoline, double mini, and tumbling. Every day campers will warm-up with high
energy cardio games, conditioning and stretching. On Friday, campers will perform routines
they learned throughout the week. Water activity will be on Friday so bring a swimsuit and
towel!

Wednesday: Sports Day - Dress as your favorite sports team
Thursday: Olympic Day - Dress in red, white, and blue to cheer on the USA at the upcoming

Friday: Water Day - Bring swimsuit, towel and sunscreen!

Dance & Hip Hop Camp
Ages (3.5-12)
Do you like to boogie and get down? Then this camp is for you! Throughout the week campers
will be introduced to jazz, ballet and hip hop! This camp is coached by professionally trained
dancers who have competition experience in all areas of dance! Campers will learn tricks, turns,
leaps, and other fundamental dance skills. On Friday, campers will perform a dance routine
they learned throughout the week. Water activity will be on Friday so bring a swimsuit and
towel!

Cheerleading Stunt & Tumble Camp
(Ages 3.5-6 & 7-14)
Whether it’s your first time to try it out or you’re looking to build the skills needed to make a
cheerleading team, this camp is for you! Campers will learn the fundamentals of stunting,
jumping, tumbling, motion work and performance! This camp will be coached by NCA AllAmerican cheerleaders and our cheer director, Eric Collard. Every day will include a high energy
warm-up and stretch, along with conditioning and stretching games. On Friday, campers will
perform a cheerfully choreographed cheer routine that includes all of the fundamentals taught
throughout the week. Water activity will be on Friday so bring a swimsuit and towel!

First Time Kindergartner Camp
(Ages 3.5-6)
Is your child about to start school for the first time? This camp is a great way to prepare them
for the exciting year to come! Throughout the camp, campers will use their imagination and
have fun working with letters, numbers, shapes, colors and art. This camp will be taught by a
certified K-5th grade teacher who currently teaches in the Birdville ISD. Water activity will be on
Friday so bring a swimsuit and towel!

Scooby-Doo Mystery Camp
(Ages 4-12)
Campers will have a blast becoming characters and role playing scenes from the hit children’s
comic detective series “Scooby-Doo.” Imagining the personalities of Scooby and the gang while
solving many classic storyline mysteries are just some of the challenges that await. Campers will
launch their crime-busting, spook-chasing talents using their detective clue books to solve the
daily mystery. Our Scooby-Doo Mystery Campers will have a new adventure every day, along
with crime fighting and mystery solving crafts. Story and movie time will be provided, along
with plenty of “Scooby Snacks”. Water activity will be on Friday so bring a swimsuit and towel!

Ninja Warrior Camp
Ages (4-6 & 7-14)
The Ninja Warrior Camp is inspired by the reality show, “American Ninja Warrior.” During this
camp, campers will be challenged by different courses throughout the gym that test their
balance, speed, strength and endurance. Campers will compete as a team and individually
throughout the week in different tests that will include climbing ropes, swinging on the bars,
climbing through a foam pit, and jumping over and under equipment. Every day campers will
have a high energy warm-up, conditioning and strength games. Water activity will be on Friday
so bring a swimsuit and towel!

Super Hero Camp
Ages (3.5-12)
Come join our mightiest heroes, Captain America, Iron Man, Thor and the Hulk to name a few,
in our quest to defeat Thor’s evil brother, Loki. We need the help of our brave campers to solve
many tricky clues and we need the campers’ strength to help save planet Earth! Imagination is a
must for Avengers Superheroes Camp, as role playing and thrilling adventure encompasses the
camper’s experience. We have many exciting battles planned! Avengers Superheroes Camp will
spark their ingenuity and provide exciting escapades! Water activity will be on Friday so bring a
swimsuit and towel!

Glitter & Shine Camp
Ages (3.5-12)
Glitter, Shine and Sparkle! Get ready for a girls week of fun. Bring out your beauty with a week
of fashion and styles! Campers will participate in learning how to style up-do’s, apply make-up,
paint nails, and dress to impress. On Friday, campers will put on a fashion show to exhibit the
princesses that they are! Don’t miss this exciting week of glitz and glam! Water activity will be
on Friday so bring a swimsuit and towel!

Summer Olympic Games Camp
Ages (3.5-6 & 7-14)
The 2016 Summer Olympic Games are coming this summer! Get your child in on the Olympic
action and challenge them to become the best athlete they can be in a variety of sports. Sports
that will taught and played include basketball, track, soccer, baseball, high jump, long jump,
shot put, and relay races. Every day, campers will start with a high energy warm-up and
strength and conditioning games. On Friday, we will have a field day where the athletes will
compete for the gold. Water activity will also be on Friday so bring a swimsuit and towel!

Please Wear My Child Out Camp
(Ages 3.5-5 & 6-14)
A camp geared to “wear your child out!” Is your child running around your house, up and down,
and all around? Let them come run with us at Please Wear My Child Out Camp! We have a
jammed packed itinerary that is sure to tucker out the most enthusiastic child. Our itinerary of
fun will include inflatable bouncing, forts, tag, hide and seek kickball, arts & crafts, science
explosions, and relay races. We will also have lots of fun outside activities like drawing with
sidewalk chalk, running, hula hooping and water adventures. We are constantly moving and
trying something new each and every day. Please dress your child in play clothes that can get
messy. On Friday, we will have a field day where the athletes will compete for the gold. Water
activity will also be on Friday so bring a swimsuit and towel!

Star Wars Camp
(Ages 3.5-12)
Grab a lightsaber and join the Resistance Star Wars Camp! Help Riley, Finn, BB-8, and friends
defeat Kylo Ren in the epic quest of good vs. evil. The Force has awakened at Impact Athletic
Training Center and campers need to get ready to defeat the First Order. Campers will learn to
use the Force and train with their lightsabers. The all-powerful Jedi Master Yoda and Luke
Skywalker will aid the campers in learning the way of the Force. All campers will go through the
Jedi training course where basic combat will be taught for safe saber sparring. Jedi games and
competitions will be held to help strengthen our commitment to the force. At the end of the
Jedi training course, campers officially become a Jedi and receive a “Jedi Identification Card”
and a certificate! Join Han Solo, Chewbacca, and Riley on the Millennium Falcon, jump into
hyperspace and head towards Star Wars Camp! Bring a swimsuit and towel for water activities
on Friday.

Peewee Cheer Camp
(Ages 3.5-7)

The Mad Scientist Camp
(Ages 4-12)
Bring out the science fanatic in your child with this fun-filled experiment camp! The world of
science has so much explore - edible concoctions, exploding arrangements, and ooey-gooey
brews. Each day will have a different theme with coordinating experiments to be set up and
performed. Instructors will provide fun and engaging explanations of the experiments prior to
beginning. All experiments will be safe and closely monitored.
