Spindle shaped cells, vascular
channels, inflammatory cells
DDx: subconjunctival
hemorrhage
Treatment: radiotherapy,
excision ± cryotherapy
Dermolipoma





Similar to dermoid + fatty
tissue
Soft, movable, upper
temporal
DDx: prolapsed orbital fat,
orbital lobe of lacrimal gland
Treatment: debulking
NB: excision cause scarring
