APPLICATION PACK
GUIDELINES & INSTRUCTIONS
I.
Tables/Circles can apply for this programme during the year for their existing and upcoming FTE/FTA projects (not
Completed projects)
II.
Tables/Circles can apply for a maximum amount of their participation in the project or the grant available from the donor,
whichever is lower.
III.
The donor needs to deposit the funds in RTIT and send filled Annexure A1
IV.
The funds will be allotted by NPC for a project seeking funds based on the requirement / specification of the donor.
V.
This will be over and above the RTIT/RTIF grants available and will not be clubbed with the same.
VI.
Tables/Circles can apply for the grant only if they DO NOT HAVE any pending Completion reports i.e. if a completion
report for a project is not submitted within 12 months from the date of allotment, the Table/Circle will not be eligible for
the grant till the completion report is submitted.
VII.
Disbursement of funds will be done as per the disbursement structure for FTE/Assist project depending on the type of
project.
VIII.
The project will be treated as joint project in case there is equal financial participation from Donor & Table/Circle
IX.
In case the donor participation is lesser than Executing table participation, it will be treated as a donor fund and the
executing table is obliged to provide adequate branding for the donor / donor Table in the project.
X.
The executing Table needs to submit the request for participation by filling Annexure A2 & A3
I.
Submit this Application Pack with all Annexures in Hard Copy (2 Sets) to - RTI SECRETARIAT, Bob Chandran Centre,
Round Table House 80, Nungambakkam High Road, Chennai - 600 034.
II.
Incomplete Forms will not be considered for Sanction of Grant.
III.
Submission of Application IS NOT TO BE construed as Approval / Sanction for Project / Grant.
IV.
Do note that as per Motion passed by General Body of RTI, all FTE Projects will be Primarily Named / Branded in name
of ROUND TABLE INDIA (Eg: Round Table India FTE School Block by ___RT#__). Additional Lines for “Supported By
MAJOR DONOR NAME” may be added. Applicable to all Indoor & Outdoor Branding.

only facilitating this programme for enabling Tables / Circles with paucity of funds to execute the projects.
We are also aware that we are obliged to submit reports to the donor through the National project Convenor as and when called for.
We also confirm to carry appropriate branding for donor / donor Table / donor Circle at our project and will inform the National Project
Convenor and the Donor about the Inauguration / mega event at the project atleast 15 days before the event.
Request you to accept our application and confirm once we receive any funds from donors which meets our project criteria.
