1. LED Tube Light is mainly applicable to indoor premises like hotels, motels, shopping malls,
conference rooms, offices, subways/metros, gas stations and indoor public places.
B、Product features
1. This type of LED Tube is made up of different spare parts with accurate measurement, exquisite
workmanships and automated die-and-casting procedures. It’s applicable to the lighting systems of
high-end premises because of its superior texture.
2. This type of LED Tube is of high brightness and lumen. 100lm/w and 295lux in 2 meters’ height, that
is to say, one or two tube lights can light up the space of 50M³, while you need to put at least four
fluorescent tubes in equivalent space.
3. Long Shelf Life and Energy Saving are two main features of our tube light. Over 500,000 hours shelf
life, 50% energy reduction, visually striking lighting effect and under 12 months payback time.
4. We apply EPISTAR SMD2835 LED Chips in our tube light, the size is 10*30MM, 0.2/0.5W/PC, every
single piece of LED Chips are stable and workable at any unregulated voltage between AC85-265V.
LM79 and LM80 is a must for our products. No flickering, No UV, Instant On and less than 10%
degradation of LED Chips in the test of first 30,000 hours.
5. All chips will be stick automatically by machines with solder. Every single piece of materials or spare
parts will be strictly inspected or cleared with alcohol, especially the end caps. All finished products
will be under test of 24 hours, unregulated voltage adjusted by machines randomly in every 5
seconds.
6. All products will be packed with inner PE bags (Poly Ethylene) and round paper cartons. Every
25pcs tube light will be put into an outer solid carton. Inspection Report will be put in one of the
cartons to make sure it’s correct and safe when in shipping.
7. It is environmental-friendly product which is good for the calls of environmental protection. All
materials is in confirmation with RoHS(Recycle of Hazardous Subsistence).

G、Packing, transportation and storage condition
1. All products have label in the tube and inner packing；
2. Packing standard: sealed, braided, labeled w/product description, and quantity；
3. Storage requirment: no wet, no dust, fragile, anti-corrosion liquid, avoid direct sunshine and
frozen；
4. Storage period: 1year, must be re-inspected(electricity driver) after 1year。
5. Packing standard: Inner packing + outer box
H、Installation
1. Power off before installation。
2. This product protection standard is IP20, indoor only, not for outdoor and cfl emergency lighting
system。
3. Must be installed by licensed electrician, must follow the relative power supply instruction
(110-240V50Hz /60Hz) install this Led tube。
4. For the safety, don't change the Led tube structure。
5. Led tube design comply IEC standard, use G13 socket。
6. Study the menu before install; strictly follow the menu instruction (ref. to attached photo).
Wiring Chart of T8 LED Tube Light
Before you start to do wiring for the tube light, you should definitely distinguish the type of the tube
light you bought from us. Whether it’s No Ballast Type, Magnetic Ballast Type or Electronic Ballast Type
remains unknown; you need to figure out from the fixtures and the tubes.
