9. EXPLANATION
OF THE CHANGE:
Specializations were not officially defined in the MSHI program or in the catalog requirements for
students to choose from and the program officially wants to add them now. This will assist in marketing
the program and to assist in advising for students based on specialized interests for them and the
specialization will now be able to be printed on the transcript as well for the student.
