All food and beverages consumed for any event must be secured from the campus contract catering company (currently Sodexo). *The Campus Recreation Director must authorize all bookings and will use discretion when approving events which may cause excessive damage to property. Campus Recreation programs always have first use priority. Rental Fees are based on a daily rate for use during regular operation hours. Short term specific events may qualify for time specific rental charge in place of the daily rate. Rental of one area does not grant exclusive use of the recreation facility.
