TENDER NOTICE
External Sewerage & Rainwater Works
The Lahore Garment City Company is a project of Ministry of Textile Industry,
Government of Pakistan and is setting up a Garment City at Plot No. 143-146, 151-155 in
Sundar Industrial Estate near Raiwind
Sealed tenders are invited from reputed firms. The tenders duly filled in along with
earnest money equivalent to 2% of the tendered value in the form of pay order/demand
draft in favour of Lahore Garment City Company will be received in the office of the
undersigned by 11:00 a.m. on 10th May, 2013. Tenders will be opened at 11:30 a.m. on
the same day in the presence of the bidders or their authorized representatives. The
estimated cost of works is Rs.5,75,000 Completion period of the work is two (02) months
from the date of award. The detail of work is attached.

Providing and laying R.C.C. manhole slab 1:2:4 4'-6"×4'6"×0'-6" with reinforcement steel upto 10 lbs/cft and
RCC. cover with 1:2:4 and frame 22" internal dia. (clear
manhole opening) wt.37.342kg. fixed in R.C.C. slab and
required brick masonry and plaster work 1:3 as per site
condition and clean the existing manholes and pipe lines
complete in all respect as per drawing, specification and
as directed by the Engineer Incharge.
Providing manhole of size 3' x 3' (inside dimension) ×
depth as per level and alignment at site with RCC.Cover
with 1:2:4 and frame 22" internal dia. (clear manhole
opening) weight 37.342kg. fixed in 1:2:4 R.C.C. slab
6"thick with reinforcement steel upto 10 lbs/cft. of all
reinforced cement concrete work 9" thick 1st. class Brick
masonry walls set in 1:3 cement sand mortar, 6"thick
1:3:6 C.C. in benching with cement sand mortar 1/2" thick
cement plaster on all faces of wall and to top including
curve and making requisite number of main and branch
channels and benching etc. complete in all respect as per
drawing, specification and as directed by the Engineer
Incharge.
Providing and fixing R.C.C. pipes 9" dia. with bell &
spigot tongued & grooved joint conforming to ASTM C
76 class 11 wall bar BS 3911 part 1, class M including
cost of reinforcement and fixing in trench , including
cutting, fitting and jointing with maxphalt composition
and cement sand mortar (1:1) and back filling the
excavated material in trenches including testing with
water to head of 5ft. height and cartage etc. complete in
all respect as per drawing, specification and as directed by
the Engineer Incharge.
