Subject: To allowing to attend classes at my hometown BIT,Patna campus for my personal security reason and return my 5 th sem. Fee deposited due to suspension.
Sir,
With most humbly and due respect I Nitish kumar ,Roll No.-
BE/6253/11, Branch-EEE, bonafide student of your institute BIT,Mesra
(Deoghar Campus) want to intimate you that I am too much afraid of my college faculties and staff and several times they have tried to murder me and also pressed my throat ,ruthlessly beaten up,rageed me ,treats me as a mental paitient,criminal, thief, rapist, psycho and given life threat to me since one year and they can do anything with me for revenge so I am too much afraid of them.
For your kind information again I want intimate you that earlier I have lodged a complaint when I was in 2 nd semester against my seniors and hostel clerk Mahesh kumar chaubey regarding ragging for a long time and attempt to murder to the college authority but no action was taken by them then I lodged a complaint regarding this to anti-ragging helpline. when police came to college for enquiry I was forced to took back my complaint and in forced to write to helpline and police that no any incident of ragging was happened and I wrote along with my parents.
Inspite of this my college faculties named below:-

5. Nawab Ghosh (Lab. Assistant, EEE Dept. BIT,Deoghar)
They continued along with their colleagues get taunting, torchered and blammed me that I have disrepute and defamed the name of this institute by complaint to Anti-Ragging Helpline and harassed me mentally and physically and also they kept demoralizing and blaming me for the act which I did not did and gives life threat to me and pressurized me to committ suicide and not to make complaint to anyone for their activity.They treats me as a mental paitient,rapist,criminal,slave and they also don’t allow to talk to me anyone and also they pressurized me to leave this institute.They called me unnecessarily and torned my clothes undressed me and tried to unnatural sex being present in their respective chambers.After getting distraughting and in depression I complaint to my parents,college authority(Prof.B.N.Giri-Director,BIT-D) and
V.C.sir(P.K.Barahi), but no action was taken by college authority.Inspite of this Director, Prof. B.N.Giri sir didn’t take it as a serious concern and inspite of preventing me they are supporting and instructed them to lodge a fake complaint against me to rusticate from this institute.on the basis of their fake complaint I was suspended from the institute and they instructred to their staffs to lodge an fake FIR and SDM,Deoghar and also they called media against me and and next day police Jasidih thana came to me to arrest me and also at that time I have already vacant my hostel room where
I was residing.After one month ago by the order of presently vicechancellor(P.K.Barahi sir) an inquiry committee was constituted in the presence of Dean,student welfare BIT,Mesra and enquiry was helded infront of all classmates and faculties and my faculties was found guilty but after enquiry the members of enquiry committee in forced me to write an apology for the act which I did did and on the basis of my apology letter sthey reported to the v.c. sir against me and I was suspended from this institute for Two semester(5 th &6 th sem) and semester fee of 5 th sem. Was returned. But, on the basis of apology of my father presently Acting Vice-

Chancellor P.K.Barahi sir has ordered to register in 6th sem. And I registered my 6th semester on dated 02/01/2014.
But, when I go to attend classes they don not permit me to enter in the institute campus and forcing me to leave this institute and when I tried to go to attend classes several times I was throwned out of the campus and in forced me and my parents to write an undertaking regarding that I will accommodate myself outside of the campus at my own risk.Several times I requested to college authority and also director sir on telephonically but refused and said that you are not a student of this institute and leave this college otherwise I will rusticate you form this institute and you would not be able to get better career. And also they can do anything with me for revenge and I am too much afraid of them and unsafe to them.
So, In future any incident will occurred with me then above mentioned faculties and their supporters will be responsible for this.
So, I again urge request you to that please serious concern on this and please return my 5 th semester fee that I have deposited and allow me to attend classes at my hometown patna at BIT,Patna Campus as soon as possible so that I can live safely and continue my study without any disturbance and do better in future for society and keep me to justice.
