As part of our Complaints Procedure we ask that formal complaints are put in writing so that we can fully understand the nature of any complaint and investigate it properly. We are committed to continual improvement and any comments and suggestions will be used to help us improve our service. We welcome verbal feedback and recommendations as our preferred option but recognise that on occasions a more formal approach is required. Your complaint will then be processed via our formal FEBA/ELEM complaints procedure.
