we ask authors to assign world-wide copyright in both print and other media in their papers, including abstracts, to International
OCSCO World Press. This enables us to ensure copyright protection against infringement, and to disseminate your Paper, and our
journals, as widely as possible.
International OCSCO World Press, ul. Zygmunta Starego 6 (room 30), 44-100 Gliwice, Poland being a publishing branch of
the Association of Computational Materials Science and Surface Engineering.
1. In consideration of the undertaking set out in paragraph 2, and upon acceptance by International OCSCO World Press for
publication in the International Journals, the Author as beneficial owner hereby assigns to International OCSCO World Press the
copyright in the Paper entitled:

to be published in the one of International Journals
for the full legal term of copyright. This assignment includes the right to publish (subject to paragraphs 3 and 4) the material in the
Paper in electronic form; the Paper may be published in printed, online, CD-ROM, microfiche or in other form.
2. International OCSCO World Press hereby undertakes to prepare and publish the Paper named in paragraph 1 in the one of
International Journals and can transfer the copyrights coming from the given Author Agreement described in paragraph 1
to the Committee of Materials Science of the Polish Academy of Sciences as a publisher of one of Journals .
3. The Editor of the one of International Journals and International OCSCO World Press are empowered to make such editorial
changes as may be necessary to make the Paper suitable for publication. Every effort will be made to consult the Author if
substantive changes are required.
4. The Author hereby asserts his/her moral rights under the Act dated 4 February 1994 concerning copyrights and related rights
(Polish Law Gazette from 2006 no 90, item 631 with later changes) to be identified as the Author of the Paper.
5. The Author warrants that the Paper is the Author’s original work, has not been published before, and is not currently under
consideration for publication elsewhere; and that the Paper contains no libelous or unlawful statements and that it in no way
infringes the rights of others, and that the Author, as the owner of the copyright, is entitled to make this assignment.
6. If the Paper was prepared jointly by more than one author, the Author warrants that he/she has been authorised by all co-authors
to sign this agreement on their behalf.
