Laura Ferguson, M.Ed., BCBA Laura Ferguson received her undergraduate degree in Psychology, a Master’s in Education and completed her BCBA certification. After receiving her BCBA she moved to New York to work as an instructor at the Carbone Clinic. After working in the clinic, she returned to Kentucky to work at the Kentucky Autism Training Center. Her work at the center includes; training professionals, families, and teachers on evidence based practices for children with autism. She currently works in school districts throughout the state training and consulting with teachers. Description: In this session, participants will learn about and practice 3 response prompting strategies: Constant Time Delay, Simultaneous Prompting, and Progressive Time Delay. Additionally, participants will familiarize themselves with data collection and analysis procedures related to the strategies. The topics presented in this session are evidence based practices for learners with moderate to severe disabilities and Autism Spectrum Disorder.
