Registration is £17 per child and we ask for a pledge to raise a minimum of £35 in sponsorship per
child. Registration fee should be returned with this application form and can be paid by cheque made
payable to Toma Fund or through our bank to Account Number 20270195, Sort Code 08-60-01 with
your name and GNRJ as a reference.
PLEASE NOTE: YOUR CHILDS PLACE WILL BE ON OUR RESERVE LIST UNTIL WE RECEIVE THEIR
APPLICATION FORM AND REGISTRATION FEE. ONCE RECEIVED THEIR INFORMATION WILL BE
RELOCATED TO OUR SECURE LIST. PLEASE ALSO NOTE THAT OUR PLACES GO VERY QUICKLY, SO IT
IS IN YOUR BEST INTEREST TO SUBMIT THE ABOVE AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.

Toma Fund will provide you with a sponsorship form, or you may choose to set up a Just Giving or
Virgin Money Giving page to collect sponsorship online. Full details on how to do this can be found

We have fantastic support from the media and are often asked if any of Toma Fund runners have an
“interesting story” they would like to share, is this the case?
This may range from a personal story why people are running for us or another reason, either way
would like to hear about your story/reason below.

Toma Fund will take no responsibility for any loss or injury caused to my child through
participation in the Junior Great North Run 2016.

to Toma Fund within eight weeks after the event.

NE16 3AS or by email to info@tomafund.org. Sponsorship packs will be sent out nearer the run.
These consist of sponsor form and Toma fund T-shirt, which we encourage your child to wear for
the run or any training runs they may do beforehand. If you would like to send us a photograph of
your child during training on or the day of the run we will share these on our charity Face Book page
and Twitter account.
Toma Fund sends out regular communications to supporters through both email and post to keep
people updated about our work and the difference that your support has made. Please be assured
that we never pass supporters details to third parties but should you wish to have your details
removed from our mailing list please tick here
