WAIVER OF LIABILITY
As a participant in the guided hunt services offered by Rut N Bull Guide Service, LLC, the undersigned
hunter/participant agrees to release and discharge the owners, heirs and any agents of Rut N Bull Guide
Service on behalf of myself, any heirs and any personal representatives of my estate as follows:
1). It is understood that hunting carries with it both known and unforeseen risks which could result in
various degrees of injury, including, but not limited to loss of the use of limb(s), death, damage to
property and to third parties. By signing this agreement, I acknowledge that these conditions are
inherent risks to the sport of hunting.
Injury can occur from accidental shootings, trip and falls, medical conditions such as heart attacks,
strokes, etc. either known or unknown to Rut N Bull Guide Service, LLC, back injuries, lacerations,
bruising, broken bones, joint injuries including sprains, puncture wounds, etc. to myself and others.
2). By signing this agreement, I accept the risk of possible injuries which could occur in conducting this
activity. My involvement in this hunting activity is completely on a voluntary basis on my part with the
knowledge that accidents can occur which could result in my injury and even death.
3). I agree to voluntarily release, to indemnify and to hold harmless Rut N Bull Guide Service, LLC and
its agents from any and all claims, suits or legal actions resulting from my involvement in this activity
with Rut N Bull Guide Service, LLC including claims of negligence or acts of omissions.
4). In the event that Rut N Bull Guide Service, LLC or its agents are required to secure the services of
legal counsel to insure that this agreement is adhered to, then I agree to pay in full for the costs of any
attorney’s fees and court costs.
5). As a participant in this activity with Rut N Bull Guide Service, LLC, I agree that I will guarantee
payment for all injuries or damages that I cause to myself, my property, others or property not belonging
to myself during this activity.
6). I certify that I have no physical ailment or condition which prohibits me from participating in this
activity with Rut N Bull Guide Service, LLC and that I have proper medical insurance to cover any
injury that I may sustain by my voluntary involvement in this activity.
7). Upon signing this document, I agree that if any property is damaged or persons are injured by my
actions during this activity, it could be deemed by a court of law that I have waived my right to maintain
a lawsuit against Rut N Bull Guide Service, LLC arising from any claim that I have released them from
in this agreement.
8). In addition to holding Rut N Bull Guide Service, LLC and its agents harmless through this agreement,
I, as well as my heirs, agree to give up any and all rights to bring legal action against the landowner
whose land I am hunting on during the course of this activity for any damage to my property or injury I
might sustain.
9). I am a person of reasonable intelligence and acknowledge that this activity has some exposure to
possible injury and property damage. I have been given ample time to completely read this agreement
and understand the contents. By signing this two page document, I agree to abide by the terms and
conditions expressed herein.
10). By signing this form, I authorize and release Rut N Bull Guide Service, LLC to use any photographs
and videos containing any images of myself for commercial purposes including advertising and that Rut
N Bull Guide Service, LLC will retain sole ownership of these images. I agree that I will not receive any
compensation for the use of these images at any time.

PARENT/GUARDIAN INDEMNIFICATION:
(To be completed for any participants under the age of 18 years)
___________________________________________, being a minor person under the age of 18 years and a
participant in the activities of the Rut N Bull Guide Service, LLC, agree to abide by the terms in this
agreement and indemnify and hold harmless Rut N Bull Guide Service, LLC and its agents from any and
all legal actions and claims, either brought by or on behalf of said minor, as a result of the involvement in
this activity by said minor.
