The applicant should be prepared to cover project costs over and above what is eligible for reimbursement. If wastewater infrastructure and sponsored projects are bid at different times: The sponsored project must be bid before wastewater loan can be amended. Additional bond counsel fees for loan amendment will apply toward sponsored project amount.
