COURSE TITLE: CORE LAPAROSCOPIC SKILLS
COURSE DECRIPTION:
Practice laparoscopic procedures and skills using a variety of equipment and simulators.
Techniques include preparation and insertion of port, diathermy, suturing and endoloop
procedures, virtual and porcine cholycystectomy. Laparoscopic procedures performed on
actual patients are relayed from theatre using audio-visual links.
