Endangered Species: Informational Brochure Project
Task: Your task for this project is to research one of the endangered animals listed below, and
share that information with the class in the form of a brochure. This will be completed during
your computer lab time.
Purpose: The purpose of this activity is to become more aware of endangered species, why they
are endangered, and what can be done to help them. Also, this will be an introduction to the
process of researching a topic. The skills that you learn will help you with future projects.
*Choose at least 3 that you would be interested in doing, so that I can try to make sure you
research an animal you are interested in. However; there is no guarantees that you will get the
animal of your chose. If you know of another animal that is not on this list, you can come to me
when the selection process if over.

additional is more than acceptable. Also, refer to the rubric to make sure you include all the
necessary requirements.
