Connection to Prior Learning and/ or Experiences Warm Up: Students will be able to activate their prior knowledge about the possessive adjectives and pronouns by completing the practices given by the teacher in the learning stations. Students will be able to activate their prior knowledge about the nouns by naming the different objects that are in his or her house and match each one with colors in the color vowel chart. Remember: STRATEGIES, INTERACTION, PRACTICE, and APPLICATION Meaningful Activities Activity 1 warm up: ( Vowel sounds practice) 10 minutes Students will match the words given by the teacher with the different colors in the color vowel chart. . Students will be able to use the words in the phonogram to play the rime game. Activity 2 (phonetic) The Alphabet vowel sounds. Students will be able to listen and pronounce the different vowel sounds. Review and Assessment Activity 3 Students will be able to listen and write the words they hear on a practice sheet given by the teacher. 4. Students will be able to complete the practices on the possessive adjectives and possessive pronouns with the learning stations. Extension Assignments Students will watch a video on line with the rules of possessives adjectives and pronouns, in addition, they will watch a video with the plural and singular nouns.
