Humphrey Fellows Executive Leadership Program 20142015 Renewable Energy/Agriculture & Community Development October 10, 2014 Dr. Kurt Kornbluth is Director of the UC Davis Program for International Energy Technologies whose mission is to accelerate the development and commercialization of low-cost, clean and efficient energy technologies in the markets of developing countries. Interdisciplinary student teams work with mentors and partners in Central America, Africa and India. The center supports D-Lab and two graduate level courses covering these topics.
