and higher performing as a result. We’ll also learn some simple practices that
can increase our individual, as well as organizational, resilience.

Leading by Example
February 6, 2015
Good leadership takes strength of character and a firm commitment to do the
right thing, at the right time, for the right reason. This means doing what you
say, when you say it. When you’re in a leadership position, you have a
responsibility to your team. They look to you for guidance and strength; that’s
part of what being a leader is. And a big part of your responsibility is to lead
them with your own actions.

the significance and unique characteristics of project management from a
leadership perspective, including the fundamental impact that the “triple
constraints” of scope, schedule, and cost have on all project activities.
Examine the role and influence of project stakeholders and organizational
culture. Discover the top challenges to implementing project management
practices, and explore keys to the successful management and leadership of
any type of project, regardless of scope or industry.
