What is the Southwark Wellbeing Hub and
how can we help?
We are a service providing information and
support to anyone living in Southwark who is
worried about their wellbeing, or that of
someone close to them.
We are here to help take the stress out of
finding, choosing and receiving support.
The courses
We are working in partnership with SLaM
Recovery College and Advising London to
produce a diverse and exciting timetable of
workshops. The courses will take place at the
Southwark Wellbeing Hub and Beormund
Community Centre.
Can I access the courses?
The courses are free and open to anyone who
has concerns about their wellbeing and lives in
Southwark or has a Southwark GP.
How do I book a place or find out more?
Please complete the application form attached
to this brochure and return it to a Your Way
Worker or the Southwark Wellbeing Hub. We
will assess your application and let you know
whether the courses you selected are right for
you.
The SLaM Recovery College courses are
designed for people who would like support
with their wellbeing. They provide information
and strategies to develop understanding and
resilience.
