All schools are represented: Educational Leadership and Change (ELC), Human and Organizational Development (HOD), and Clinical & Media Psychology (PSY). The Alumni Track aims to bring more alumni to National Session and broaden advanced learning, collaboration and success for Fielding alumni scholar and practitioners. The objective of this year’s alumni track is twofold: to provide alumni with education focused on current trends and topics in Fielding’s respective fields, and to provide alumni with proven business and professional practices for those looking to take their career and businesses to the next level. In an effort to expand alumni offerings in a concise, yet deliberately useful manner we will provide both panel sessions that will include about three alumni per panel with a select moderator, along with sessions taught by individual alumni based on a comprehensive review of all submission topics. Session times will range between one and a half hours, to up to three hours based on review by the FAC. Our goal is to provide an expansive session listing by alumni, for alumni, which will entice a higher level of alumni registration and participation at summer session. In alignment with professional protocol, FAC members and the Advancement and Development office staff will review proposals, select participants and ensure a holistic inclusion of timely topics and presenters. RATIONALE During the first three years of the Fielding Alumni Track, several things have become evident: The Fielding community is eager to talk, share, and collaborate around their mutual experiences, interests, and expertise. The Fielding community wants a place that fosters creativity and tangible takeaways. The Fielding community wants to experience cross-school interaction and collaboration. Deadline for application submission is Friday, February 6th, 2015. Please see the following pages for application information.
