Bar Closing Checklist (P.M)

All bottles are wiped
Store-N-Pour lids ran through dish and containers wiped down
Store-N-Pour containers are stored in proper cooler
Bar is free of condiments and take out containers
Salt and Pepper shakers are filled at the bar and on all of the tables
Sugar Caddies are filled and left on top of the wine cooler
There are 0 empty bottles in the wells or on the shelves
All product is labeled
Bar guns are wiped down and are soaking overnight
Underside of the bar is cleaned and sanitized
Blenders are washed and left upside down to dry
All black mats are washed
White caddy cups are washed and left upside down to dry
All gaskets on the coolers are wiped down
Glasses that hold straws are changed and ran through dish
All ice in the well is burned. Wells are cleaned and sanitized
Salt rimmer is cleaned and sanitized
All shelving where the racks are stored are clean and sanitized
Straws and beverage napkins are stocked
All wines are vacu-sealed & bottles are dated if opened.
Sweep floor in the bar area and under the tables
Table tents and Bar Menus are wiped down and staged for the morning
All walls are wiped down
Dishwasher is cleaned out and sanitized
List is left for opening bartender for stocking.
Wipe all bar stools and chairs
Drain Covers are cleaned.









All Juice Equipment is Cleaned and Sanitized
Lemonade is stored and Labeled and the dispenser is cleaned, sanitized, and staged for the morning
Throw out any fruit not used.
Empty bottle caps
Wipe down all coolers
Defrost pilsner cooler
Count beer
Take down display martinis
Cap all bottles
