WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN DEEP vs GENERAL CLEANING?????

Move (moveable) furniture pull items out of closets to reach all surfaces
Wipe inside furniture cabinets (coffee tables, bookcases and TV stands)
Lysol baseboards with damp cloth
Lysol crown or wainscot molding
Vacuum vents or wipe down with damp Lysol cloth
Scrub light plates and outlets clean to get grime and finger prints off
switches/plates and also door handles
7. Take down and clean light fixtures to remove bugs and heavy dust
8. Shutters and blinds cleaned at additional charge with Lysol and water (charged
per # of items)
9. Windows cleaned at additional charge per # of items
10. Slop sink in laundry room scrubbed
11. Ceiling fans wiped free of dust
12. Walls wiped down with special attention to where fingerprints/grime may occur,
door frames and interior doors wiped clean
13. Wipe wood rails and staircase if not carpeted
14. Any surface that needs more than a wipe would be considered scrubbing which
is deep cleaning to include (shower doors, tile and grout and buildup of
grease/grime on kitchen cabinets or floors)
15. TV’s, monitors, remotes are wiped down and cleaned
16. Dining chairs wiped down to include the feet and feet of living room furniture
where dust gathers
17. Furniture is polished with Pledge
18. Oven and refrigerator wiped on inside for additional charge
19. Furniture with dog hair will be vacuumed if applicable
20. Front doors are wiped down
Any home not professionally cleaned within 4-6 weeks of service needs to have a
deep cleaning, otherwise it has been my impression that the customer and us are
not totally happy with the results.
General Cleaning
1. We typically use a feather duster on your wood furnishings and hard plastic
surfaces.
2. We will Windex your glass tables, mirrors and glass wall hangings
3. We use a duster to dust for cobwebs in your ceilings and will dust your
baseboards
4. Dust your window sills and blinds with a duster
5. Arrange the room so it is presentable which includes picking up clothing, trash
and toys on the floor
6. If linen is sitting on the bed then we will change your linen otherwise we will
straighten linens already on the bed
7. TV’s and monitors dusted with duster
8. Ceiling fans and vents dusted with duster
9. Light fixtures dusted
10. Bathrooms and kitchens scrubbed clean and sanitized, floors swept and mopped
11. Staircases swept and or vacuumed, wood on staircase wiped down with a cloth
12. All floors swept and damp mopped with water and scant amount of vinegar
(customer may provide alternate product)
13. Dining chairs dusted
14. Vacuum all carpeted areas
15. Ovens, microwaves and refrigerators wiped on the outside and microwaves
wiped on the inside
16. All figurines and wall hangings dusted with duster
17. Front glass door cleaned with Windex
18. Light plates and outlet plates wiped one time (no scrubbing) with damp Lysol
cloth
19. Washer and dryer wiped down and room swept
20. Trash emptied in every room and placed in customers garbage can
All general services are automatically done in deep cleaning unless the area is wiped
then it will not be dusted.
*Important to remember that “We customize our services to meet the needs of our
customers,” which means our regular customers weekly or bi-weekly will get a mixture
of these services every visit to maintain the cleanliness of their home….at our
discretion!
