Dave and Carolyn Hamer are a uniquely gifted and proven ministry team. Empowered with scriptural knowledge,

Growing up as a devout Roman Catholic, Carolyn sensed the call of God on her life as a young child. After
graduating from high school, she entered the convent to devote her life to the service of Christ. Dave was also
raised in a Catholic home, but in the late 60's he was a godless rebel devoted to raising hell. In 1972 Dave was
rescued from his self-destruction by the redeeming love of Jesus.
After being established in the faith in a local church and obtaining a bible school education, Dave answered God's
call and entered the pastorate. About the same time, Carolyn left the convent and discovered the Catholic
Charismatic Movement. She served on the leadership team in a prayer group where Catholics and Protestants met
together to experience life empowered by the Holy Spirit.
Several years later God brought this unlikely couple together. Dave and Carolyn have been joyfully married for
more than twenty-five years. They have traveled extensively ministering at churches across the United States and
abroad. Dave and Carolyn have also had the pleasure of meeting some very famous and prestigious people when
they served as a chef team at exclusive lodges in beautiful places.
When Dave is not at home writing, the Hamers dedicate themselves to speaking engagements at churches and
Christian conferences. At moments hilarious, more often reverent, but always compelling, Dave encourages
audiences to pursue intimacy with Jesus and to live with passion for the high calling of God. Carolyn's godly
wisdom amplifies the truths Dave shares.
The Hamers are not only captivating communicators of the gospel, they are instruments of Christ's compassion. As
they minister to individuals, Dave and Carolyn are often graced with the gifts of The Holy Spirit. Together they exalt
the redeeming wonders of Jesus. As they do, souls are liberated, hearts are revived, and hope is renewed. When
the Hamers are not on the road, they enjoy life with their spoiled dog, Puggles, in Mission, Texas.

empowered by the Holy Spirit. Dave was traveling as an evangelist when he and Carolyn met. They have been
married for more than 25 years. Together the Hamers have traveled extensively ministering at churches across the
United States and abroad.
Carolyn’s ministry is a reflection of her life lived in devotion to Jesus. She has a rare gift of teaching that is biblically
rich, spiritually deep and extremely practical. Carolyn is often graced with the gifts of The Holy Spirit. In personal
ministry, she encourages God’s people with words of wisdom and words of knowledge. The Hamers live in Mission,
Texas where Carolyn enjoys the tropical weather and long walks with her canine companion Puggles.
