Conducting SWPBIS Tier II Team Meetings
The planning and reflection worksheet is a guide for Tier II Team members when preparing,
conducting, and follow-up on Tier II Team meetings. Preparation for the meeting is the
responsibility of the Behavioral Intervention Specialist. Also contained are guiding questions
for setting rules and procedures for the team to conduct efficient and effective meetings.
