How to begin? Have a desire, pray and plan. Talk to your Pastor. Do a survey. Have a promotion: kick-off event. Discuss what topics to study. Set a starting date?_________________________________________ Eye has not seen, nor ear heard, nor have entered into the heart of man the things which God has prepared for those who love Him. I Corinthians 2:9 2. Who will lead? Have a primary leader/teacher and a co-leader. Make a commitment to be faithful. Pray, ask for wisdom. Be prepared Leader? __________________________ Co-leader? __________________________ And the things that you have heard from me among many witnesses, commit these to faithful men (women) who will be able to teach others also. II Timothy 2:2 Who will teach? You, a friend, a pastor’s wife, a Sunday School teacher – teaching is a spiritual gift. (If God lays on your heart to organize a Bible study, don’t be surprised if He leads you to teach it!) Teacher? _______________________________ And my speech and my preaching were not with persuasive words of human wisdom, …but in the power of God. I Corinthians 2:4-5 Who will come? Women with a common bond, friendship factor moms, retirees, neighbors, co-workers, unbeliever, new believer, seekers Common interests: walkers, crafters, etc. How many ladies? 3-15 Who?__________________________________________________________________ Titus 2 - women mentoring women 3. When to have it? When? Sunday School class a week day morning, afternoon, evening How long? At least an hour, not more than 2 How often?
