You will receive an invoice for your registered activities. All payments will need to be made within two weeks of registration. An activity will be cancelled if less than five students register. Please be aware that many of the activities are popular and will fill up quickly. Register as soon as possible for activities in which you are interested. Activities offered in Academic Year 2013/2014 will not necessarily be offered in Academic Year 2014/2015. Please ensure that you register your child for the appropriate year level. In case of incorrect registrations, you will not be able to register your child for another activity. Cancellation may be made up until Wednesday, August 20th at 04.00 pm. Please notify Ms Vita (vita.oktarina@acgedu.com) in writing via email as proof of your cancellation request. Phone cancellation will not be accepted. A second registration for any activity on a same day will be void if the first registration is not cancelled by email. A confirmation email will be sent the following day after the registration close, which only shows those activities that are confirmed for your child. In the confirmation email, there will be also information provided about the total amount that you have to pay as well as information about school bank account. An invoice for ASA will not be issued. Activities payment deadline is on Sunday, August 24th. Any unpaid activities will be offered to students in the registration queue. Any cancellation after first session will require a full payment. Activities with less than 5 students will be cancelled. In those cases, full refunds will be given. Note for parents with more than one child in the school Siblings not participating in an activity will need to make arrangements to leave campus at dismissal time as there will not be supervision for them.
